What to Expect
Being on time is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service, as well as a courtesy to those who come after you. For spa packages, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to prepare for your spa visit and to enjoy our amenities. A credit card or gift card number is required to secure your service(s).
In an effort to avoid a possible charge for cancellation, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. To avoid being charged, please allow 72 hours for package/suite cancellations. Robert Andrew cannot foresee interrupted appointments beyond our control. In the event that a requested service provider is unable to work, Robert Andrew will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
Quality Service Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately and we will consult with you to determine how we may satisfy you. No refunds or credit for services will be given.
Professional Retail Policy
We are proud to offer you high-quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. We appreciate that gratuities be added in a form of cash or check. We offer an ATM for your convenience.

Robert Andrew emphasizes a soothing and relaxed adult environment. Children not receiving services are not permitted in any service areas for their own safety and as a courtesy to our guests.
